The Low Down: CoCreate Local highlights artists, musicians, and brands making the state of Colorado look amazing. The event will feature a new roster of 2 bands, 1 DJ, 4 visual artists and boutique craft vendors as well as a brewery, distillery, winery, non-alcoholic beverage and food vendor, all local to Colorado. Each showcased beverage will host complimentary tastings. It is the perfect chance to get connected with your community and learn about all the awesome, artsy things happening in the Mile High City. The Low Down: The native Denver online boutique will present 30 fashionable looks alongside Cherry Creek’s Levi’s. You don’t want to miss the first #DenverStyleWars contest sponsored by Goodwill’s Déjà Blue Boutique. The winner will be awarded $200 AND a spot in the next LAW + LAR Them, They & US Style Series. Not to mention there will be an afterparty at Epernay Nightclub where you can fashionably groove the night away.

The Low Down: Fashion trucks and artisan vendors? How can you say no to the opening weekend of The Big Wonderful in the heart of Downtown Denver. This is perfect for a family day out or a Sunday Funday. The musical lineup includes Runnikine, Lil Skoops, Wake Up & Live – A Bob Marley Tribute Band and  Horseshoes & Hand Grenades.

The Low Down: It is that time again. Time for all of the sneakerheads from the Mile High City to convene to ooze over amazing kicks. There will be over 25 booths full of your favorite kicks. You will also have the opportunity to buy sell or trade three pairs of sneakers. This event is sure to house some of the rarest kicks in the state of Colorado.

The Low Down: You may know this entrepreneur and practical futurist as a famous TEDx speaker but he is more than that. This event will be geared towards the evolution of technology and how it is changing how people interact with retail environments. He wants to dive deeper into men’s fashion and retail. Many may not know but Taylor and his wife, Becca, partnered together to open a menswear boutique and barbershop, Spruce in 2015. His goal is to help Denver establish a reputation for being a tech mecca. The Low Down: The Urban Arts Showcase is all about a genuine hip hop experience from street wear fashion to dance competitions. Hip hop manifests in many ways but this showcase will focus on rap music (oral), turntablism or DJing (aural), bboying (physical) and graffiti art (visual).
